Concerning the current policy of using the company domain email for sign up, my suggestion is that hopefully you can provide a kind of “trial user” type, where sign up using regular email service is possible, but the account is available for only a limited time (e.g. one week), so every one can at least have a try about the feel of your service. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
Actually I also have ideas about social networking for business/company (I am from IT major) before, but you have made it real already. Congratulations.

This is an idea we have been studying for a while. We are trying to come up with the best possible solution for the ones who, as you, do not own a company domain email, without jeopardizing the community trustworthiness.
